Remodels & additions

Remodels and additions that look like they were always there.

Kitchens, whole-house remodels and additions. We tie the new work into the old so you can't tell where one stops and the other starts.

A finished kitchen

Kitchens and whole-house remodels.

From a new kitchen to taking a house down to the studs, we handle the demolition, the framing changes, the mechanicals and the finish work, with one person keeping it on schedule.

Additions.

More room that matches what's already there: the roof lines, the siding, the trim. We look at the foundation, the framing and the utilities before we price it, so the surprises turn up on paper instead of halfway through the job.

If you're living in the house.

Most remodels happen with people still living there. We talk through the order of the work up front, so you know which rooms you'll lose and for how long.

Just one piece of the job?

A foundation, a framing package or a garage on its own? We take standalone jobs too. Tell us the scope and we'll tell you if we can fit it in.

Remodel and addition questions.

Do you take smaller remodels?

Often, yes. It depends on the job and our schedule, so call us and we'll tell you if it's a fit.

Can you match my existing house?

That's the goal on every addition. The roof lines, siding and trim should match so it looks like it was always there.

Who draws the plans for an addition?

A designer we work with, for most additions. If you already have an architect, we'll work with them.

Can I stay in the house during the work?

Usually, yes. We'll plan the order of the work with you so you know which rooms you'll lose and when.
