Privacy policy

This page explains what Frontier Building Group ("we", "us") collects when you use the forms on this website, what we do with it, and how to reach us if you want it changed or removed. The website is frontierbuildinggroupmt.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you type or attach into one of our two forms.

• The consultation form: your name, phone number, email address, the kind of project, your town or county, and anything you write in the project box. If you use the cost estimator first, we also receive the choices you made there (for example the building type, land, garage and budget you entered). If you attach house plans, we receive that file.
• The subcontractor bid list form: your company name, your name, phone and email, your town, your trades and the counties you work in, your license and insurance answers, crew size, references, and any note you add.

Filling in the estimator on its own, without sending the form, doesn't send us anything. Our site also receives the basic technical details any website receives when a page loads, such as your device's IP address and browser type, in the hosting provider's server logs.

Why we collect it

To answer your request: to call or email you back, talk about your project, price work, and, for subcontractors, to keep a bid list and send you plans to price. We also keep a record of the request so we can follow up and remember what you asked for.

Who sees it

Your request goes to our team. To do that we use a few service providers, who handle it only so we can run the business:

• Google Firebase (Firestore and Cloud Storage) stores the request and any file you attach, and hosts this website.
• Resend delivers the email that tells us you sent a request.
• JobTread, the project management software we run our jobs in, receives your name, email and phone as a new customer record so we can follow up.
• Google AI tools may be used to read plans you upload, so we can understand the sheets faster. We don't use what you send to train anything of our own.

We don't sell your information, we don't rent it, and we don't share it with advertisers or lead-selling companies. We may share it if the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

We don't run advertising pixels or analytics trackers on this site. The site may use your browser's own storage to remember small things, like which tab of the estimator you had open. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we'll update this page first.

How long we keep it

We keep a request for as long as we need it to talk with you and to keep records of any job that follows. If nothing comes of it, we delete requests we no longer need from time to time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Call (406) 479-4044 or email dan@frontierbuildinggroupmt.com and we'll take care of it. We may need to keep some records of work we've done for you, as the law or our insurance requires.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and the services above keep what you send behind access controls. No method of sending information over the internet is perfectly secure, so please don't put things like a Social Security number or a bank or card number in a form. We'll never ask for them there.

Children

This site is for people planning a building project. It isn't aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
